How are these things? Legal? How are the ones on Ebay? Are they easy to install, and like good quality?

get the white ones. cops leave you alone for those ones.

I actually have green ones and I keep them on a toggle. they don't seem to bother the cops around here

the white ones are completely legal in most states... green or other non emergency colorsy cops usually won't bug you for.

it's really intuitive, open the hood, flip up the edge of the insulator and the back of hte nozzles are held down by clips, use a pair of needle nose to pop the stock ones out, then put on the new ones, again use needle nose pliers to turn the bolt on. It's a tight fit but it's doable.

I know they have been around for a while but I still don't get the point of those little lights...what do you guys think?

eh

Don't forget that putting them in is one thing - wiring them so they light up might be another. They won't come with everything you need, you'll probably need cable, lugs, a switch, cable ties, etc.

Ahem!!! Ok look if you're gonna do it. Do it! and if you do it put it on a switch! On when you're parked. Off when you're driving and during the day. I had a hard time getting these bab boys on there but it was just for replacing the nozzles MAINLY I figured what the hell and wired in a switch and presto. ON / OFF .
