miata cams and camgears

I read on this forum that someone has putted on their 1.6dohc, miata 1.6 90/93 cams and cam gears! is this true??? if it is , I got lot of choices of high lift cams. I just need to know if it is a perfect fit??? are any other mods to do to apply them??? try to help. excuse my english.

i have. the only prob with Miata cams is timming, the cams will 180% out from MX 1.6L cams. so you need a timming wheel to get the timming perfect. and you can find out more info in a few of the threads.

please try to be more specific, what do you mean with the 180% out?? how did you solved your problem??? what cam gears are you using?? and what brand are the cams and where they a perfect fit????

when I click HERE, what do I have to search for?? oh and by the way I used to spend my vacations in FORTLAUDERDALE! I remenber one store there, its SOUNDADVICE. maybe will meet next year IM making plans to go ther next year. now about my cam gears and cams, what have you got for me??

Search for Miata cams.
Also look up the miata forums.
I was told those guys know how to squeeze hp out of our motors.
