Is this pricing per corner, or both?

If I had aftermarket wheels, I would be all over this now.

he means the rubber boot that goes around the piston on the caliper. for track or occasional use i dont think it would be that huge of a problem as tear down and cleaning would be regular (every couple races?) maintenance. but for everyday driving i could see debris getting in and causing problems over time. id suggest getting the option with boots for anyone planning on using these on the streets.

sounds very much like the kit that already exists. I think we should get in touch with the ebay seller for a GB and get them to compete for our $.

Here is the small email from Daryl who has those kits available.

Hi Dana,

Thanks for writing.

We would certainly be interested in providing a discount for a GP of 7 units.

When making the comparison with other products, please keep in mind we have developed this kit over a number of years of use. You will need 17" rims to clear our rotors which are 323mm in diameter and 30mm thick. Also, we use the bigger, stiffer Forged Superlite calipers. This is a high performance and race capable package able to deal with the most severe abuse the MX-3 can deal out.

Please contact me at daryl@revolutionbrake.com to explore this further.

Thanks.

Daryl.

It just sucks that you HAVE to have wheels bigger then 15'' to fit big brakes.....hey josh do a write up of your rx-7 4 pot break set up..or at least start making brakets for sale.you would make so much money per each one made

This is exactly why I worked so hard to try to find a good way to do a brake upgrade that everyone could use. In the end the easiest way is to get the UK 323F V6 front spindles and do the subaru 2 piston brake swap like I did.

The 323 spindles are a little pricey to buy and ship stateside for most people, unfortunately. :(

I may just wait for new wheels for a brake upgrade.

The entire 323/Subaru upgrade cost me under $600. It probably doesn't stop as hard as a 13" rotor and 4 piston Wilwoods but when you factor in the wheels you'll have to buy, it probably cost me $1000 less.
