ok so i was offered to get my exsahst done for free i just hav e to supply the muffler cat and piping my question is thet if it is done and i wont to swap a kl into my 92 gs willit still fit or will it have to redone???

Yes it will work. Get some 2.25" piping and a hiflow cat+resonator+muffler and you can use that setup on a KLZE/KLDE.

if you plan on using stock exhaust mani's and y pipe then if you swap for a KL and get some headers there will be a need for modification. the 7 pipe on the aftermarket headers go about 8" farther to the rear then stock.

yra im not buying headers but but from there downs all new. Im going to buy the headers off ebay tho when i do the swap?

Ebay headers, $160 bucks delivered and they work great. I used a couple 1/4" exhaust spacers on the crossover pipe as the pipe contacts the oil pan. See motorsportpartz on ebay.
