What about warping from heat? My mx is black on black and gets VERY hot inside during the summer. I imagine the poly window would probably sag a lot if its not reinforced.

Trust me it takes a LOAD of heat for this to move....between 200 and 220 degrees. The interior of your car gets nowhere near even 150 degrees.

Yeah, we had 2 turbo heaters pointed at it, and it wouldn't even think about starting to maybe bend. I lived in AZ growing up, and I think the hottest I'd seen the inside of the car get was about 160 when it was about 110 out. If these were completely flat, and horizontal, they may have the tendency to sag after a few years in the desert. since they're an arch, they'll be fine.

Man, that sucks!
Cjthor is getting the brush-off from the guy who is supposed to bend them for us.
We'll let you know when something happens. You can find a plastics supplier, and get a piece, and do it yourself. Since you're putting it into metal, you can just rivet it in, like Ice racing did. If you decide to do that, I can give you more details.

That's some nice buisness practices...sounds like they're anxious to get you as a customer...

I was thinking about looking around here to see if anyone around here does it
