What plugs in this sensor
hello guys, i need some help figuring out what is this plug, I have no engine light on dash, but the mx won't pass smog test without a plug there. I have circled the area, there are 2 plugs in that area.

Can you get a closer pic? That is either the coolant temp sensor or the crank angle sensor. Dont think your car will run without the crank angle sensor though

Re: What plugs in this sensor
yes is something related to coolant, since is real close to that colant cap. is coming from the neck of the tube where cap is on. I have no engine light on. Where does that plugs to on the other side??
i can't get any closer pics, car is 40 mins away, i've been looking at peoples engine bays, but no close ups of that area, or picture links don't work.![Sad :(](./images/smilies/icon_sad.gif)

I dont really understand what you meanwhere does the other end go.. if you fallow the harness over from from behind the intake manifold to where the coolant sensor is. there is only a couple plugs. one is the knock sensor that goes between the heads. one is the crank angle sensor that fallows the oil dip stick down. One is coolant temp sensor. there might be a ground, I can't remember.
