mx3 update!(long)

Post by hgallegos915 »

oks so its been 2 weeks without that aic valve thingy under the throttle body. Car is running AWESOME. It doesnt stall anymore..it would stall when i had my idle low. The ONLY reason thats for is for cold starts..so it was safe..in my case it did noit affect anything. Im getting around 389 -30 mpg i double checked. The car runs smooth..at 3k rpm the first solenoid opens and the car takes off at 5 k the second onn opens and it will have power all the way until around 7k. I need to get this dyno to see what a kfze can really do. I removed the speed limiter wire.. i took the car to 115 mph but i ran out of road (safe road) I am AGAIN leaking transmission oil !! :( the same sal I had fixed. Imma goi get it professionally done. Paint comes next week.its gona be a strong blue with pear possibly pink pearl :)

So the moral of the story is if you want your car to run good, set it on fire?

There are only two seals that it can leak out of (unless you have a cracked housing) The seals are easy to replace so I'd say it is one of two things, you have a messed up axle that is letting the fluid go by, one of your drain or filler bolts isn't tight, or you are just buying really crappy seals. PS, I know that the MX-3 seals can be hard to find, but MX-6 and Probe seals will work just as well.
