I've done the bp swap, three times now, and it is a very simple swap to do, and a big power increase, now as far as the other swaps, i've never done them, so i can't help ya there. Joe

Yes they are complete, driver and passanger side. only have a few miles on them so they're practically just the way i bought them. Joe

yeah the 4cyl is a non interference motor, i've broken a timing belt going down the road, and put it all back together in a few hours and ran great, didn't bend anything, well atleast on my bp, and i've read on here its the same for the b6 SOHC and DOHC.

Found out what happend, i got my new tranny today and put it in, and while taking the old one out I found that it blew off a good 6in around section from top of the differencial, where the spedo gear goes in. If you just buy a complete headset for it, it'll come with everything you need, and most i've bought even come with new valve guides, that's if you really want to do the job right.

Go with 2.25in exuast, i have 2.5 on my bp, and it's awesome on the upper end, but it really lacks on the low end and doesn't pick up til 3,500 rpm's. like i said the engine has about 140K miles on it, its not going to have full compression like a new engine would. That's also why it's cheap. And i'm negotiable on the prices too, make me an offer.
