To get the power out of the KLZE you need to use the KLZE IM, the Millenia IM (Which I am trading for KLZE IM's since they dont fit on MX-3's), or a port matched. Even the KLDE (Kl_03) IM will cost around 8 whp <p>-Andrew

Yup! I'm an MX-6 owner, got a 96. I came very close to installed a KLZE. It is a pretty basic swap. The only thing you have to worry about is the egr, which you can tap or T off. You can't use the ECU for the OBDII's unless you convert it. When you get it make sure the heads read Kl31-101 and KL31-1...

You'll want a millenia IM. With the KLDE intake manifold you're loosing a lot of power. The heads aren't anything without the IM. So you're loosing a good 15 hp I guess, maybe closer to 10. But If anyone needs one and wants to trade a klze for Millenia IM, let me know...<p>-Andrew

Shave your flywheel, it will be cheaper. And you wont notice much difference at all. Even then, you could get one from napaautomotive.com so you dont have any down time, its 49 with a 49 core charge...<p>-Andrew

I would strongly reccomend upgrading the FPR to a Walbro. The 190 will do fine, but a 255 isnt much more and its more versatile and will sell better if you ever get rid of it.

KLZE was never installed into an OBDII car. Yes you can install a klze into an OBDII vehicle, but you won't want to connect the ECU unless you are really good with electronics, have no life and have unknown quantities of wire. The ECU isn't worth it, in that case.
