ha, nevermind wasnt as complicated as i thought, lol just ran the coolant line straight from the neck to the throttle body, so the coolant part of the egr is bypassed, and i made a block off plate for the egr, and i cut off the part where the egr tube bolts into the header and welded a patch over it...

ok i have the vaccuum diagram for the klze, and i was wanting to get rid of my egr all together. I have acurved neck im so ill need one for the im and the block right? After that i can just use vaccuum caps for the egr solenoid right? and i never knew coolant lines ran through egr so what can i do a...

hmmm... i didnt know the master cylinder had it split diagnol... i was thinkin prop. valve was diagnol and master cylinder was front and back. So ill prolly try to bench bleed it again on a vise, and lucky my vise is in our tool shed so i wont spray it on my car =P thanks for the heads up

yeah it was my first time installing a master cylinder so i very well may have installed it wrong. when i got the car the front breakes were the only thing that worked, then i replaced all those parts and now diagnolly, right front and back left work, and i figured since it was diagnol split it was ...

alright, i think i understand, my setup is a straight neck motor, millenia intake and tb, and stock ecu, but i dont have anything swapped yet, motor is still in my driveway

yeah i replaced the master cylinder but dont remember coming across the proportioning valve, or i might have seen it but idk what it looks like, ill have it looked at and im doing my klze swap in the next couple weeks so that would be a great time to replace it lol

mine does the same thing, and if i remember right, i looked it up in the owners manual and it says it should take 2-3 seconds to engage, like 2-3 seconds of holding the set button
