Looking for a decent 2.5 motor anything that will be quick to put in my mx3.

I am looking for any kind of parts list to turbo a 1.8 v6? anyone have any ideas? Is it even worth it? all would be appreciated thanks

i need to change the oil in my trans its a 5 speed , what would be the best oil to put in it? i have heard full synetic, gear oil n a few others, what do you guys think?
