Diamond plate floor mats

Does anyone out there have a template of their floormats, or can anyone trace out the pattern of their floor mats because if so i have a company that says that if i can get them a template they can easily cut out the aluminum floormats. please leave a post or email me at garyutk@yahoo.com

its actually the samw price i price 1/4 sheets...were about 80 a piece.....i think a hole sheet @ a discount was 90

Hey you can do what you want but i can tell you right now a sheet thats about 24"x 48"alone is gonna run you about 90 and thats not even enough to do the front set of mats

hey i was just reading through the floormats section. i work in a machine shop and one of the companies down here in pa we do work for gave me a 4 by 8 foot sheet of 1/8 inch diamond plate, for free. i measured and traced and cut out a carboard cutout of the floor mats and put them on the diamond plate and traced this. i cut it with some of the machines we have in the shop... it doesnt cut easily, but the machines helped alot. i grinded the sides to get rid of burrs and such and attached a black rubber trim around the outside of the mats. looks real nice. but cost-wise... you can easily find 1/8 inch sheets of 4 x 8 for about 90-110... depends who you know, where you go.
