so I found the female plug for the sensor that attaches to my engine (driver side) but I cant find the male part that comes off the wiring harness from my car
I found one connector that fits, but its for the speed sensor and doesn't get rid of the knock sensor code when I plug my computer in

does anyone have any ideas, suggestions or help for this

thanks

Because you have a KL (you have a KL right?) they feed the knock sensor harness to the left (drivers) side of the engine.
However the harness plug is actually on the right (passenger) side of the engine. You can carefully feed the plug through to relocate it without removing anything.

However a knock sensor is a notorious sensor for failing so you may need to replace the sensor all together.

Keep in mind this is based on an OBD1 Left hand drive MX-3 GS. I never seen OBD2 so couldn't tell ya if there is a difference. I would guess maybe not.
