HID kit

I bought some aftermarket lights for my 01 Dodge Ram and want to install HID kit on low beam. Factory truck has 9007 light bulb. Aftermarket lights come with H7 light bulbs for low beam. I was wondering how I'd go about wiring HID kit to work with factory wiring.

If no one replies I'll get my son to chime in. He just did his Mazda 3 and seems to know what the dealio is on these animals.

they sent you the wrong bulb, send it back and get a replacement. Our civic has a HID kit with 9005 & 9006 with h11 for foglamps. They come in all different bases.

Bingo, I've installed a bunch of these in the last year, the bulbs should fit with no modification unless they're the wrong kit.

Here's the lights, as you can see they have H7 in projector for low beam. High beam is 9005.

Here's wiring that comes with it. Basically takes 9007 factory male plug and splits it to run power to H7 and 9005.
I want to install HID kit between this adapter and actual headlights.
