Is this ECU setup to run an external IAT or the stock VAF? And does it come with the tuning cable?

It is capable of doing either. I tested it using a VAF, as I did not purchase an external IAT sensor. If you choose to wire in an external IAT sensor, you can delete the VAF entirely.
The tuning cable is the USB style, and IS included in the sale.
