info needed...best place to buy rebuild parts?

I have been researching others worklogs and planning my engine rebuild. I now have the space to rebuild in, the engine lift and stand and now because of the income tax return the money to start the part purchasing and the teardown.

overall goal: I have a 1996 (OBD-2) B6-ze and I plan on keeping the B6 and boosting it rather then swaping for the more popular BP. my goal after the rebuild and turbo setup is to be around 200-230 hp (at the wheels)

Questions:

(1) where have people had good experances with ordering parts?
(2) what brands do people strongly support, which do people disaprove?
(3) where could I purchase cylinder head parts (valves, springs, retainers, ect) for a mx3 B6-ze? will miata valves and springs fit in the head? ( i know certain miata components will not fit, such as the overhead cams and the cylinder head itself)
(4) finally just overall rebuilding experances, if people have the time to write about their experances it would be extreemly helpful
