Okay, I've done quite a bit of reading on here to find everything I need but I just want to make absolutely sure I have everything I need. Please chime in if this is right.
Parts needed:
Master Window Switch
Passenger Window Switch
Door Panels from Vehicle with Power option (If you don't want hole from manual window crank)
Door Wiring Harnesses for both doors
Under-Dash Fuse Box (Clearify; my fuse box has power windows and locks marked and both locations reading power on meter)
Power Acc Relay under hood.
Power Lock Actuators
Power Window Motors
Power Window Regulators
If this is all correct, please verify. A small walkthrough would be cool too. Thanks guys.

You don't need a new fuse box under the dash. Just make sure there's a power window fuse in place.
Also, there's no power relay needed in the engine bay.
Everything else on your list is correct.
