First day back to work in over a month and I pull in for my morning timmys. Grab my double d and proceed to listen to Dean on 102. To find my clutch pedal softer then a babies bottom. Seems to gain slight pressure if I pump the pedal, but immediately drops. Got it towed back home where it will sit for God knows how long.
I'm thinking it might be one if the cyclinders master or slave, leaking internally cause I see no lose in fluid. Couple people have said it might be the treads bearing, but I can shift perfectly fine with the truck off. I just think the clutch isn't disengaging because the truck starts up with the pedal to the floor.
Feedback?
On a side note, even if it is a slave or master cyclinder I'm screwed because I can't find a new one to save my life. I don't want to goto the wreckers.
Thanks

Hydraulic clutch, I'm assuming, since you're talking master and slave....
Does it move the slave?
Yes-> Inside the gearbox issue (clutch fork fell off or something)
No -> Master issue
The tricky bit is that master cylinders don't really have to leak OUT, just past the hydraulic seal.
Brake fluid should be topped up.
No leaks along the line.
No leaks by the pedal inside.

How do you mean does the slave cylinder move? The cylinder itself or the whole unit? Sorry if that sounds dumb.
Yea? I was thinking it could be the master leaking internally, I'm thinking of replacing both since I'm there anyway. It better solve it or ill be upset
Thanks ryan

The slave is usually on the outside of the transmission, and you can see if it is moving the clutch fork when you press the pedal.
