ok, I have a little project for college, I need to produce a High Pass filter with the -3dB point at 10kHz, which i've done, however the roll off has to be -12dBs/octave. I dont know how to get the roll off from -3dBs to -12dBs?

I was hoping that somebody here in the Stereo section would be able to advise me! :D

Geez, there is only one member on here that I can think of that might be able to answer your ?... and I cannot remember his screen name. However, he used to be on here alot mroe often and is a MX-3 stereo badass. So you might see if you can find out who has posted the most in this section over the years. IIRC he lives/d in Mississippi or Louisianna or somewhere over there.

Thanks for thinking I could answer this question. But I never used a passive crossover network. I only use active crossovers. I can guide you to site where someone maybe able to answer it. http://www.diymobileaudio.com/forum/
