Has anybody converted the wiring of the tail lights in order to convert from Euro-tail lights to US-tail lights? I am planning on buying altezzas and fitting 2+2 running&brake bulbs but my current wiring only supports 1+1 running&brake bulbs.
I know how is the wiring and what to do. I will not use the fog wiring and I will match in parrallel mode the 3 wires leading to the dual filament in order to create a same circuit.
The question is if the wires can stand the extra intensity of the current?
Regards.

-No problem, you can do that, I did at mine mx3.
-The current will be increased a little bit for night lights(low power).
-The current will grow up more for brake lights, but how it is for a few
time, isn't a problem, and probably the circuit fuses are provided to
work with this increase.

Was quite a good help because I had a quandary if the cables should melt, or the fuse blow!
