A New Mx3 Lover

Post by racycle »

Hello, I have Been reading thies forums often and finaly decided to sign up. So my name is Arthur,
on the computer I go by "Killa Be"(long story). I just turned 18 not so long ago and decided to get a
car with the little money I had. I got this 1993 v4 5speed mazda for $250. Which isnt bad for its shape
and where I live.

The last owner hit a pole or something like that a few months before I got it. So the passanger fender is
trashed but the frame is ok! Thies 4 pictures do not do the car justice. They are from the day I got it at
the last owners house. I have done a good amount of work to her sence then such as the interior put
back together. Its not much to look at right now, but I gota start somewhere.

Nice looking project you got yourself. Can you tell us again about the motor, it's a 4cyl is it? Easy to find the parts you'll need for the interior. Just post here in the [WTB] section and I'm sure we can help you out that way. I'm going to the pic n pull today as a matter of fact. Anyway welcome.

PS Just a guess but mooneggs may feel a certain affinity to your car. :D

I know you believe that you understand what you think I said but I'm sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

Welcome to the forum. Good luck with everything.

p.s. It's an inline 4...not a V4.

Haha thanks I have seen mooneggs worklogs. :P A inline4? I'm not very good with cars yet but I am learning. Far as the interior goes, I have finshed everything. I got the backrest for the backseats at the Pink N Pull, just need the bottom of it now. The door panels I have no idea what i want to do with them. The last owner started fiber glassing over them for some custom design that was never finshed.

I'll try to post some new pictures as soon as i can. :D

Welcome to the forum.
Cool to see someone bought a MX and is going to bring it back to life instead of trash it ;)

I'd like to get a look at that custom fiber glass design you're talkin' bout.

To know how it's an inline motor is to know how the motor doesn't form a V
