Misfiring
I reached down and turned the wires and when I tried the bottom ones and got electrocuted, could there be a crack in the cap? It Stops when you rev above 1000 RPM's and once the car warms up.

I wouldn't consider that a misfire it's more like arcing. Also arcing can make it run sh**y as well.
