FS: Eaton M62 S/C Supercharger

Post by jschrauwen »

Purchased in 05 for my MX3 - KLZE but the MR Speed mounting kit for the MX3 didn't surface at that time and that project died. I moved on to other projects and the S/C just sat collecting dust.
At the time of purchase it was sent to California to be completely rebuilt so it is currently in an as new or even better status.

I think at the time I paid nearly $800.00USD for it since I also had to pay a core fee.
At the same time I had it shipped to California to be completely rebuilt.
All totalled, I think I may have spent a bit under $1K when all was said and done.
So ya, I think it's a very reasonable offer.
Of course I researched my competition on ebay and such and I'm well under anyone's prices by quite a bit.

*EDIT*
You can also get a new MR. Speed kit for it for a great price of $500.00 shipped from here -

I believe so Jim. Try asking that person selling the Kit just to make sure though. I vaguely remember that you would have to adapt your own air intake pipe as there's not the same amount of room for the airbox provided. I'm not 100% sure on that. At either rate, modding your own intake tubing is dirt sceap considering all the variations of aluminum piping available on ebay. I would consider it a major show-stopper by any means.

Ya, I think it would sound pretty mean hearing the SC spooling on an MX.

Unfortunately, that previous deal fell through.
SC is still up for grabs.
Appologies to those who I thought I responded to by pm. Apparently I had 5 pms stuck in the out box. When I tired to re-send them they remained in the outbox. :(

To avoid possible pm misscommunication, please send all queries to jschrauwen@sympatico.ca

Cheers,
John
