Obd1 o2 sensors

Hey guys I bought new o2 from rockauto. But they didn't come with the plugs so I used the old ones when I starting soldering them there's 2 black wires does it matter which black goes together

I believe the blue and white wires heat the sensor while the black wires are signal wires. Either way, the black wires just go to black (on the univ. O2). Just did mine recently.
