New from NY (upstate)

Post by Sleeper6 »

Hey everyone figured Ild finally sign up since Ive been using this site since highschool. Much love for the mx3 since my first one i wrecked in highschool too my new one. Even made a convert while I was in pittsburgh and made my friend loose his honda to a dohc swapped mx3 i4. My current ride is a 92gs; pacesetter catback, Coldair Intake w/typhoon k&n, ractive bars, Sparco seat, 2.5l clutch (my 1.8l one kept slipping, that solved the problem) oh and my 3rd audio setup since everyone liked mine in pitts and kept borrowing it... Any ways glad to be here!

Pick n Pull junkyards? Or they bring the part to you at a much higher cost?

I'm in Saratoga Springs, but have many friends from Cuse to Rochester area. If there are good Pick n Pull junkyards with Probes/MX6/MX3 I wouldn't mind taking a ride out there at some point :)

NO pick n pulls in the capital region, sucks.

J+Js is kind of like a pick and pull but i havent been there in awhile. I might be going there in a few weeks though so Ill let you know how theyre inventory is. Unless anyone has some z3 fenders they want to get rid off I got a love tap from an explorer in Pitt right before I left

Hit some slush in winter (first time I ever did the speed limit in that car btw) and caught the drivers front wheel and spun the rear around 180 in front of me into a telephone pole in the oposite lane. It really sucked because I just finished pulling the frame out on it in spring to get it back together, but I found my new baby in FL so its all good :) Anyhow I keep it in a woodlot now for parts cause I cant bring myself to scrap it
