94 ecu in a 92?

so im trying to get an ecu for my klze, i have a 92 gs, i have heard they require a certain ecu. so with my wtb add johnmx3ze said he has a kl36 ecu that was in a 94 mx3 will that work in my car? if so does anyone know where i can find some sort of explanation on how to swap them out?

As long as it's not OBDII you can swap it in no problem.

Besides, the KL31/KL36 ECU's are OBDI only, so no big deal.

Ideally they do perfer the 92-93's because they have the extra coolant sensor.

mx-3, KL turbo (tooo much to list) yeah its boosted!
