Re: we made the cut!!!
lol they got all the ratings wrong ... should have been:
still cool it's mentioned though! and Dana stop posting EVERYTHING in the v6 technical/performance sectionMazda MX-3: 29 city/35 hwy
1992 Mazda MX-3, 4 cyl., 1.6L, five-speed manual
Stock performance: C (D IMO 88hp FTL)
Industry support: C (D IMO no parts for us)
Motorsports potential: C (A IMO swap a BP-T... now you're rolling )
Cool factor: B (A+ IMO it's an MX-3 OF COURSE it's cool )
You could almost say that the Mazda MX-3 was the spiritual successor to Honda’s CRX. Not only did the MX-3 carry the egg-shaped body style through much of the ‘90s, but like the CRX, Mazda’s little compact also managed good gas mileage. The six-cylinder version of the MX-3 wasn’t quite as fuel efficient, but it still posted decent EPA numbers of 23 city and 28 highway.

Re: we made the cut!!!
Must not have been in many fast cars, those B16s are a waste of money even when turbo'd. Even the Honda guys around here consider them a waste, its only B18s, B20s, H22s, G22s, K20s, and K24s out here.Mx3Kid16 wrote:my friends drove a b16vtech turbo that i was really gelous of... fastest car i have ever been in if you dont count exotic cars..projectzemx3 wrote:the first paragraph says that the honda insight can do a mean burnout due to its manual gear box and instant torque------ whoa wait, hondas dont make torque.

Once I get mine dialed in with 200whp, 100lb weight reduction, and LSD this summer.....Mooneggs wrote:I guess we need to take you for a ride in an actual fast car ZE power FTWMx3Kid16 wrote:okay.. lol the car was still fast even thow it was a b16
Back on topic:
My stock GS is WAY more fun to drive than any car I've driven that gets 34mpg.
Even running rich, my fast car gets 33mpg. When I put in the taller gears, and tune it. I'm hoping for 37mpg, maybe more.
