With a wrench and some anti-seize. Not rocket science.

It didn't have an O2 sensor? Just a hole in the manifold? That must have been very loud.

Its a single wire clip coming out of the injector harness I believe. Grey. Should be hanging out near the thermostat somewhere. Wait, 1994... it may not be single wire, I don't know for sure, but it should be in the same place.

Have you tried checking the online manuals section first??? Either way, like Ryan said, it's fairly straightforward.

LOL..
Sorry to laugh, but this is easier than changing the air filter or a spark plug. So, guessing you have the right O2 sensor.. it screws right in to the manifold. It should only have about 1 foot worth of wire on it.. that plugs into the connector sitting right below your disty. There should be 2 there. One front and one rear. These are a suggested 100 000 km replacement part, so it might be worth doing the rear if you need to. The rear sensor is about 120.00 any where you look.

OBDII cars have 2 sensors. Pre cat and post cat. Pre helps fine tune the mixture, and post essentially checks to see if the cat is working, doesn't really affect engine behavior at all.

so.. on a side note.. how can a narrow band O2 determine the working condition of the Cat if 0-1V is all it can read? It is a 4 wire however. It must have more functions than a basic o2. That being said, the new CS header has both O2 bungs... So I'm guessing it should not be throwing a code if there is no cat.

Any variation in signal is enough. Being a heated sensor (4 wire) it stays at a constant temperature so the only changing factor is the O2 content, therefore it can be more accurate.

That is my understanding of post cat sensors. Not sure why any header would have two, that seems superfluous.

Yeah. Ask Corksport, I'm sure they have a good reason.

If: "Its just a place to put the other one"

Then: No one buy the header.
