Need some help hooking up fuel lines for BP

Post by taylor_matt »

Ok so i'm in the middle of this BP swap an besides the wiring part i'm also having some issues with the fuel hoses and stuff.
Now i apologize, your probably going to have to guess at what i';m talking about since i'm not quite sure. I think they are the injectors which i am trying to connect right now. They have 4 small tubes coming out of it (2 from each injector?) and each have a plug in. As far as i know, some plug into the intake and some into other places.
Maybe if someone has a diagram of the fuel lines coming from tank and into everything else for the BP that would help.
Oh and i have been searching for over an hour so i'm not just being lazy and getting others to do the work.
Thanks in advance.

A few things to note is there is a Protege fuel rail and not the Escort GT and my
fuel pressure regulator is just a hose where the stock one should be.

The fuel injectors don;t have hoses going to them, let alone two little hoses. I think you may be referring to the two solenoids (VICS AND PRC) near the passenger side of the intake manifold? On has a white connector and the other an brown/orange/pinkish connector. Yes/no?
