KLZE - DO not use ClutchNet kit

Post by maryus »

well , do not use this one , if you ever plan getting this clucth.

I have the stage 2 kit ... and it sucks , maybe cause i did not give it break-in ?

Anyway , reving high first then in the second you will feel some lost power (no spin) , sometimes just does not catch , and a burn smell comes ...

I know it is the clutch cause when it is wet its spinning like hell even in second
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have an Mx6 stock clutch but i am afraid to put that one ... its new ....

So i am thinking between clutchmaster and exedy ? or centerforce ?

Thank you.M.

What's why I always say get a clutch from a Reputable clutch manufacturer. ClutchMaster, Exedy, Act, Bully and Centerforce are all Tried, Tested and True; you can't go wrong with either.

just a quick question, do we have completely manual clutches or are they hydraulicly assisted?

I simply didn't know... I'm not completely car intelligent as of yet. Both would work in my mind, I was just wondering :)

and one more thing ,

when i shift and let the clutch to engage the wheels again , i have some vibration (on the car), when i start moving the same thing , even when i shift from 3rd to 4th . Is this caused by the clutch or the mounts ? i am using stock mx3 mounts. while driving it feels normal it only happens when i shift or when i go from 0 . A friend told me that my clutch is probably not calibrated ...
What it can be the real cause here ?

its just annoying having this kangaroos MOD .. :)

sorry i did not break in anything .... i don't know what exactly means , i mean like you have to take it slowly till it catches good right ?

i drove mine hard since i left the door from the garage, i wanted to see what KLZE stands for soo .... basically my clutch is screwed cause i used hard since the first days , and that's how i saw it does not catch the rev from first to the second shift

but , i did not do the change , i have no idea what it is inside, so this time i am gonna stay there till they change it ... keep you posted
