Question about lateral movement on wheel

sweet...so I 've been going to surrey a lot...the roads there are really shotty on my suspension...but they all seem to be concentrated on the right side (I still cant figure out why..(all the sewer drain caps...all the bumps and pot holes) so as a result my passenger side wheel shakes like its gonna fall off and on left turns (when I put pressure on the right wheel) there's a *knock knock knock* sound.
My question is ...is this a CV problem?
