as long as the clearances in the engine are the same you still can use same oil as you'd normally use in N/A engine.

ill re boost in a few months, slowly getting my savings to get a real good turbo :D

3 psi and 5 psi is a huge difference in power :D get some millenias and you wont regret it.. except for gas mileage lol

Dinosaur oil does dissipate heat better than syn, but I don't know anything about turbo's and their needs. Syn holds up better against thermal breakdown.

Shell Rotella 15w40? That's Diesel oil.

ya, it is diesel oil, but, it is also one of the only 'over the counter' oils(read cheaper than racing oils) that is available that contains the anti wear inhibitors in it still...Since the 'big three' car makers have been putting roller cams, and larger footprint lifters in their engines, and better materials in the blocks themselves, etc, the oil makers have been cutting back on the expensive wear inhibitors added to the oils.

Rotella T has extra zinc, and other things that help with turbo bearing wear because a large number of diesel vehicles are turbo charged.

We recommend it in all our 'old skool' rebuilt engines that we sell at my shop nowadays.

Just my 2€ all..

cheers
