Hopefully this year sometime in late spring, had alot of changes in my life this winter, best friend died, left behind a 1 year old, he was living in my first floor apartment....yada yada yada I could go on but long story short his girl doesn't make much, I really don't care for her, But I won't put his kid out on the street so i'm kinda carrying the mortgage on my own. Haven't had time to work on it.
