If you get the BPT exhaust manny and the vj20 turbo hot side you would be good to go. From my knowledge you should be able to boost up to 10 psi with no problem. Check out clubprotege for more info on the BP engine.

The VJ-11 turbo isnt the ideal turbo to use on a 1.8 BP, currently I am using one on a 1.6 DOHC engine with headwork and it seems to run out of steam up top . I have a hybrid IHI turbo that I am going to switch over to shortly. On the plus side, it spools very quickly and your low end and mid range will be awesome.

I would recommend a T28 (Silvia version), GT28 or T3 Super 60 on a 1.8 BP

What do you other guys think?

ok now i just got this turbo the gt25 and a tube style turbo header do you guys think this will go better than the vj11 i picked it up turbo and header for 175.00 plus 25.00 for shipping from a guy on here i think its a sweet deal turbo has a little shaft play but i have a rebuilg kit for it and plan on redoing it my self do you think this will work better with a stock BP one guy said the bp with the turbo had better mid pull than the bpt would this be because of the compression diff woulh like to hear from any any one that has input on my plan i am also building a megas squirt 2 system to run in the car with the turbo im hoping to get 200hp to the wheels dose this sound like a good amount of power to get from my stock bp with this set up :driver:
