My friend owns a performance shop, i've had these on order for a while. There are only 50 pairs coming to Canada for now. Last time i checked 40 pairs were already sold.

I was wondering I live in the us, and I just don't know why the price is higher in canada. Is it just the currency like it's the same as the us, I mean if it says 241.95$US then 374.95$CDN.

the currency is not the same. We almost have to pay 60% more when we buy in the US. As an example i won my auction for ingiglo gauge on ebay at 59.99$. When i went to the bank to have a US money, it cost me 95$ canadian.<p>[ May 26, 2002: Message edited by: mx-3 Quebec ]

That'd be great if a company started making the altezzas for less than $600! I might actually be able to get some! But where is that company located, and why would they only be sending 50 pairs to Canada?<P>Also, why don't they have pictures up?

That's funny I sent them an email and asked them what they looked like or are they exactly the same. I also sent that exact picture. Anyways I didn't even get an email back from them. Hopefully it is that one and don't recieve some funky one.

You not paying more, your paying the same we do. Its the exchange rate varies from day to day, but to keep it safer its always between 1.5-1.6 CDN per USD.<BR><A HREF="http://www.xe.com/" TARGET=_blank>http://www.xe.com/</A><BR>There is a link to the up to date conversions.

i got my altezza today and they are the same as pakfeifer. They are awesome and i paid almost half price
