What settings were those taken on?

looks like atleast a 4-6 second shutter...?

yeah most were 6 second shutters. The last few are 10 seconds and a few were 20 seconds.

Hmm, I have to go on a trip to the US soon.
Preferably so I can be there on the 4th

Any tips to where I should go?

Just buying a planeticket and 1 night or such in a hotel, and figuring out the rest when I`m stateside.

Someplace where it`s possible to get a decent room without bankrupting me though
