well a nice lorry has decided to wipe the side of my car!!

you think this is gonna be expensive? :(

maybe if its done right.

Thats on the rear part of the body, that will require repainting of the entire rear of the car. That is unless its not done right...

well im looking into if i can get a silver door off an old or broken down
mx3 as most of the damage seems to be there bodywork wise. also if
its already silver that will cut down on the allready esculating respray cost.

this is why im thinking of looking for a replacement door.
thought it might be the better option. what do you guys recon?

makes sense, i'd replace the door first. but i think you should check how much it would cost first and then try and decide.

Depends on what the cost of a door is, but the damage to the door is fixable. Always get a body shop that will guarantee the work for the life of the car. It is pretty standard for a body shop to offer that guarantee around here, but not sure across the pond. Good luck.

MX-3 w/ curved neck millenia klde, boosted @ 5 psi. /bov and wastegate are good!/ nitto drag radial/ gutted interior/ millenia red top injectors, vortech fmu/aem wideband/ all bolts ons/ Car put together 100% by me. Mechanic? who needs a mechanic? ew.. real men work on their own cars!

easily repairable, Ive repaired worse than that. It can be fixed in one day by an experienced bodyman.

i didnt get chance to see if they had insurance as it was a hit and run...
