Side window covers?

Post by racer3v »

What are the plastic things called that go on the windows so you can open them a crack and not get rain and wind in?

I think you are referring to the slim visors. I got mine from a company called si innovations but I can't seem to find a link... all that I remember is he said I bought the very last set.... not sure if he ever made more or not sorry I don't have a link

I hope not

I hope it wasn't the last set ever made. I think they look really sweet and would bring a bit more attitude out in my car. I definately want to buy a set for her if it doesn't sell here on the site. I posted it a little bit ago but am kinda having second thoughts already. I keep thinking if I get the slim visors and work a few other ideas i have out I should keep it for a long time. Lol..

They're call rain guards, rain visors, sportguards etc. Sinnovations was the only place that sold the slim/flat style. Priced high and look good but yes, their inventory is sold out and their design was not perfect for fitment around the rearview mirror area.

Streetbeat still sells the more traditional shaped ones. Follow the link...

Hey, everyone. I just contacted Stanley from Sinnovations2.com and he said yes unfortunately they are out of stock. But he is going to check to see if he can get another group of them in. He asked me to see how many of you would be willing to get these rain guards.

I know i really want them it looks like racer3v wants a set. He will be calling me back in about a week so let me know.

That would be awesome. I really like the looks of them on the cars I have seen with them. If you can work something out and they aren't too retardedly priced I am in. Thanks for doing the legwork. Can't wait. later Vinny :D

I get E-mails almost weekly from other dutch people that want to know where I got the slimvisors. We already had 2 groupbuys over here so far, I'm sure a third one will result in at least 5-10 sets again. I need new ones myself. So many mx-3 owners would still like a set, If Stanley would order another 50, I'd bet he'd sell them all.
