Different wastegate for VJ11

I just upgraded to a VJ11 turbo instead of my VJ14. Now when testfitting the VJ11 I noticed that the wastegate hits the block. I've looked through the forums and can't find the exact info on what to do when this happens. Do I custom make a new rod and relocate the wastgate or do I use the wastgate off of the VJ14? Or if there are other options let me know please!

i repositioned the wastegate and had to extend the acuator rod a lil bit and that worked fine for me. im pretty sure you can use the one of the VJ14 tho, and that sounds like the easier of the two paths to me.

Has anybody done this and can verify that it works off of the VJ14?

if you have both wastegates laying around just look at the two and see if it will work or if u can make it work, just my extra couple cents

Good news, the wastgate from the VJ14 does fit, with a little modifications. All you have to do is bend the actuator rod a little and it fits perfectly! The vehicle is going to be running in a matter of days now!!
