panel problem

my speedometer needle is not on has any one had this problem before and did it just snap back on?

if it has just feel off...it should snap back in..or if the pins have broke a LITTLE glue will help..if you use too much glue then it will stick all the time..but you have to get it out of the dash 1st..that i dont kno how to do..never done with this car before...good luck..
