Q is too broad. Since this is Internet diagnostics and you are the only one w/access to the car, need more info. Could be suspension or wheel/hub/axles or brake related, who knows? Is the noise

a clicking, thunk, knock, chatter etc?
how long has it been going on?
does it change on accel, deceleration, braking?
does it speed up when the wheels turn faster?
noticeable only at certain speeds? explain?
Do certain road conditions seem to cause it?
any known history of front end maint/repair work like new struts or CV joints/axles?

Post back.

ok, the engine was just swapped, we had to rip it all down so yes the front end was apart, the noise does increase and get louder with speed, it started out really quiet and has increased to the point it is starting to be felt in the gas peddle and steering! it is not loose at all, all is greased and booted, I noticed the cv joint has number marks on the rings and balls, does it have same marks in the joint? still there in neutral, breaks feel good, no tracking, just a rumble that winds up and is louder each week! thanks.

I suspect wheel bearing or brakes.
