Is it normal for my idle to drop to 400ish RPM's when I push in the clutch at a light? If the clutch isn't in it's at 1000ish. Thanks in advance!

Check your neutral switch on the trans. It sounds like it is broken or the wires have broken. The car should stay at a constant 750-1000 RPM.
