Looks like there are some volkswagon golf headlight swaps going on! I found these on MX-3.CZ

It's nice to know he has a mini hood scoop to feed our oddly located stock intake (even though he has that second intake)

If by unique, you mean fugly, then I would certainly agree. That car appearing to use the stock intake and an aftermarket intake is most likely using the stock tube to deliver fresh air to the aftermarket filter.
