how do you remove these, ive tried everything and broken one in the process
so the other question is are all rear quarter panels the same, because i now need to source another one

Are you talking about interior panels in the rear? 1/4 panels usually refer to exterior body panels. If interior, they are all the same fitment/install for all years and models. Don't remember exactly how I got mine off but check the online manual page S-067 http://www.mx-3.com/95manual

quarter panels are spot welded on. You have to drill out each spot weld if you want to take them off
