Trust me, they arent small. Theyll give you the power you want.
They are chinese turbos... thats why they are so cheap. Sure you wont be getting any crazy quality like a gt30 garrett or something but youll probally get just as long out of one of these. I was running one of these turbos during the last bit of last summer and it was giving big power. My buddy swears by these turbos and has run nothing but them on his targa car.
Just let me tell you, BUY ONE. Dont even bother talking to some people becasue they have NO personal experience with them. I have experience and so does my friend. They work and will work fine for what you want. They are so cheap you dont have much to lose so just get one.
The arguement about them is endless but I have good luck with them and Id buy another one.

well one of the customers from the shop i work at bought one (Statge III 0.57 Trim T3/T4 T04E Super turbocharger) and put into his 99 miata after months of pushing him to upgrade from a GARRET T super 60. well this guy spent money on a good EMS TEC III 880cc injecters 2.0 BP built head. but on some parts he was very cheap that ebay turbo, exhaust manifold, intercooler, and knocks off parts. we where like OK guess will work with what u got and that turbo kick a 12.7@115 on 18psi not bad for a full body 99 miata. with just a street tune and wanting to see what the whp would be on the dyno just short of 300whp. 297whp to be excaut. that turbo being very cheap surprise us at the shop. so we bought a few and yes even i tryied one it boost quick and ran a 13.9@105 on 10psi. but i still upgraded to a SC61. but in all its a cheap turbo and seems to work well my bro has one his 88 mx-6 GT.
