Usually if I can not think of the name of a part I goto http://www.autozone.com THey have all the parts broken up into part categorys, under cooling and heating you can find hte names and part numbers of the sensors and whatnot your looking for.

It's proper name is a "Micky's front side coolant switch and temp sensor with variance".
