engine swap?

ok, so my friend and i both (unrelatedly) purchased MX-3's... weird coincidence in of itself... so i bought a K8D 1.8L V6 (i think the K8D is right...) but he got the I4... i know that i could swap mine for the KLZE 2.5L V6.. but what i want to know, would it be wise for him to swap is I4 with the same KLZE engine? or would it not fit due to something beyond control?

It can fit, but you would need to mod it quite abit. The best route to go for him is a BP (escort or protege motor) or a JDM BPT turbo. There is lots of info in the 4cyl forum if you check it out.
