Couple of questions for a noob

Post by Red Rocket »

O.K. well I've tried searching but couldnt quite find what I was looking for. Now my first question is what is a VRIS, exactly. Next is that I read about someone puttin on the ebay coilovers and didnt get flamed by everyone, are these ok or stay away. Next one is Ive got 17"SPYN (no not spinners) wheels with 215/45R 17 Toyos, will they rub.

Srry its a 95 gs. And I'll have a ton more questions as they come up, I'll try to search first, any help would be great.

The wikipedia link in this post http://www.mx-3.com/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=53056 from the v6 FAQ section will give you the basics on the motor, and a link to specifics on the VRIS (Variable Resonance Intake System

you'd be best off to ask the wheels question in the forum section related to such, since that's not really a subject relevant to V6 performance..

and yes, it's better to post susps/rim/tire quetions in the suspension forum. And you would have also found that sticky there as well!
