[FS]Parting out 1.6L DOHC Engine/Transmission

Hi all,
I've got a 1.6 DOHC torn down block if anyone is interested.. it needs new rings, the block is FREE to anyone that wants to put the time in to get rings in it and put it back together.
Parting from the block is all other components;
pumps etc.
there is a BRAND new water pump in it, and timing belt, put in at the same time.. there might be 100 km's on it.. at the most.
Power steering pump works great
Belts are all good
anything you can think of that isn't a part of the block is there and in great working/looking condition.
everything is $150 bucks if you want the block, all other components and the transmission... also, i'll throw in all the interior gear, like the shifting components, guages etc. Transmission is automatic and works flawlessly.
Need it gone, so make an offer I can't refuse... thanks.
