The moon roof seals (acutally it is a sunroof, moon roofs are the kind that do not pop up out of the car) are a tube that runs from the edge of the seam to the underside of the car. You can blow air through them to clean them out (not alot of pressure though) or it that doesn't work you can take the body panels off and see the tubes. They can also get kicked loose and drain into the floorboard instead of outside. There are four tubes, one at each side of the sunroof. The rears lead to the panel between the door and hatch (B pillar), the fronts obviously go down the A pillar.
On a note though, you may be talking about how when it rains the sela will acutally pour water when you make a turn. This will need a new seal. The door leak, unless you can see the leak, could very well be the sunroof since it leaks into the footwell, as mentioned above, when a drain is clogged. A good way to find where the water is coming in from is to use some talk powder or baby powder on the door seams. Soak the car or let it sit in the rain and you'll see where the talk gets washed away from.
